Join L'Oréal's Sustainable Sourcing Team as a Sustainable Sourcing Manager - Raw Materials. In this pivotal role, you will drive a 360° transformation of our raw material supply chain, addressing social and environmental stakes. You will be based in Paris and report to the Global Director of Sustainable Sourcing. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in sourcing or sustainable field projects for raw materials, a solid understanding of supply chain traceability, human rights standards, and environmental challenges, and fluency in both English and French.

Key missions

  • Définir, activer et surveiller la feuille de route de transformation pour les matières premières afin de soutenir notre politique d'approvisionnement durable et nos engagements L4TF.
  • Conduire des projets stratégiques sur le terrain et la diligence raisonnable, en collaboration avec les domaines et les zones, et industrialiser la méthodologie à travers des outils complets pour nos fournisseurs.
  • Rendre compte des indicateurs de performance clés, mesurer l'efficacité des actions mises en œuvre sur les dimensions sociales et environnementales.
