We are currently recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join the Adults & Older People's Review Team in Enfield. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive service carrying out annual reviews and reassessments to ensure residents continue to receive the most appropriate support to maximise their independence and wellbeing.
The Roles:
As part of the Adults & Older People's Review Team, you will be responsible for undertaking comprehensive reviews and reassessments of existing care and support arrangements, ensuring services remain effective, person-centred, and outcome-focused.
You will work closely with service users, carers, healthcare professionals, and partner agencies to identify changing needs and recommend appropriate interventions.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Complete annual reviews and Occupational Therapy reassessments for adults and older people.
- Evaluate existing care packages and recommend adjustments where required.
- Assess functional abilities, risks, and opportunities to maximise independence.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, carers, and partner organisations.
- Provide professional recommendations regarding equipment, adaptations, and support services where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation in line with legislative and professional requirements.
- Ensure all interventions are person-centred and promote positive outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and current HCPC registration
- Experience working within Adult Social Care services
- Strong assessment and review experience
- Knowledge of relevant legislation including the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload effectively
- Experience working within multidisciplinary teams
