Boeing Vancouver is seeking an Analytics Ecosystem Program Specialist working out of the Richmond, BC office, reporting to the Senior Manager of Data Science & Analytics.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to provide program management and operational support for Boeing Vancouver’s Analytics Ecosystem. Working closely with the program lead, you will coordinate logistics, administrative tasks, and day-to-day execution activities to ensure the smooth operation and growth of this nationwide innovation network. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills to connect teams across Digital Services, Technology, and AI & Analytics, enabling research collaborations, partnerships, and capability delivery.
The Analytics Ecosystem leverages Boeing Vancouver’s data science expertise to foster partnerships with innovation hubs and incubators, support provincial and federal innovation mandates, and contribute to workforce development across Canada. You will help facilitate collaboration with industry partners and promote Boeing’s analytics capabilities while supporting small and medium businesses (SMBs) in developing new capabilities and growing their businesses. A technical understanding of generative AI, predictive analytics, and clean energy analytics, along with the ability to produce clear requirements and research statements of work, will be valuable assets in this role.
Position Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate external partners to collaborate within the Analytics Ecosystem.
Draft clear and comprehensive statements of work (SOWs) for Research & Development collaborations with universities and small businesses, including scope, deliverables, success criteria, and milestones.
Exercise sound judgement in sharing appropriate non-proprietary information and coordinating NDAs/proprietary agreements as required.
Develop and maintain clear requirements for projects and features within the Analytics Ecosystem.
Provide technical liaison support for generative AI, predictive analytics, and clean energy analytics topics, engaging subject-matter expertise as required.
Support procurement activities related to project engagements by navigating Boeing’s procurement processes and ensuring compliance.
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at Richmond location. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in program management, analytics, or technical project coordination.
Strong networking and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams (e.g. project management or technical product ownership experience).
1+ year experience working in either a business development position, a grant manager / grant proposal position, or a procurement role.
Experience writing clear project requirements and drafting SOWs for research collaborations.
Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement in engaging with external partners, managing appropriate sharing of information.
Experience with procurement and B2B contracting processes, with a willingness to learn and navigate complex procedures.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be legally able to work in Canada.
Individuals must not pose a risk for safeguarding controlled goods.
Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data.
Candidate must consent to Canadian Government Controlled Goods Program (CGP) assessment.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Knowledge of the Boeing’s Digital Services’ product landscape, Technology vertical priorities, and AI & Analytics objectives.
Prior experience working in aerospace domain.
Prior experience working within highly regulated environments.
Experience developing or supporting capabilities related to clean energy analytics, predictive analytics, and/or generative AI.
Experience with intellectual property management.
Experience with public/private partnerships.
Familiarity with university collaboration processes.
Completion of, or enrollment towards Project Management Professional designation.
Experience with analytics marketing.

Salary pay range - $98,000.00 – $174,000.00 CAD
