Marketing Director requires:
• 10+ years of progressive brand marketing leadership experience within beauty, professional beauty, prestige beauty, or consumer packaged goods.
• Proven track record of driving commercial growth and managing high-performing brands in the U.S. market.
• Strong expertise in brand strategy, portfolio management, and integrated marketing execution.
• Experience leading complex go-to-market programs across multiple customer channels.
• Strong commercial acumen, including business planning, budget management, and performance analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Collaborative, decisive, and results-oriented leadership style with excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
DUTIES:
• Lead day-to-day management of the Schwarzkopf Professional Color, Care, and Styling portfolio. Drive execution of annual brand priorities and growth initiatives while ensuring consistent brand positioning across all professional touchpoints.
• Business Performance Management
• Monitor and manage brand performance against key KPIs, including NES growth, GP1, market share, distribution, awareness, and conversion. Identify opportunities and risks and recommend actions to accelerate business performance.
• Go-to-Market Leadership
• Lead development and execution of integrated go-to-market plans, including pricing strategy, campaign activation and launch readiness. Ensure alignment across Sales, Trade Marketing, and Education teams.
• Provide senior brand leadership and business continuity during a temporary coverage period.
• Ensure successful execution of brand strategies, go-to-market and commercial activations, and portfolio priorities across Color, Care, and Styling while delivering against key business objectives and maintaining strong cross-functional alignment.
