As a Customer Service OTC, your responsibilities are:

  • Manage end-to-end order-to-cash processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery in line with company standards.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to streamline workflows and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data integrity.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to fulfill customer needs.
  • Prepare and analyze reports related to customer orders and service levels.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the customer service department.

A successful Customer Service OTC should have:

  • Fluency in both English and Dutch, with strong communication skills.
  • A background in customer service, preferably within the Life Science industry.

  • Proficiency in SAP.
