Duties to include - Managing all aspects of hospitality and event delivery across the school Attending client meetings and building strong stakeholder relationships Coordinating staffing requirements for events and functions Working alongside the Executive Head Chef on menu planning and event execution Leading and supporting event teams on-site Bringing innovative and creative ideas to enhance the hospitality offering Managing hospitality booking systems and event planning processes Ensuring exceptional customer service standards at every event Supporting operational excellence, health & safety, and food hygiene compliance What you will bring - Creative, enthusiastic, and up to date with hospitality trends Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Confident communicating with clients and stakeholders Flexible and adaptable to the changing demands of events Comfortable taking ownership and working independently A natural leader who can motivate teams during events and busy services Flexible approach to role and working pattern.
