What you'll do Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, cakes, desserts, breads, and specialty baked goods. Develop and execute recipes to company standards. Ensure consistency in taste, appearance, and portion control. Decorate and present products to a high professional standard. Manage daily production schedules to meet customer demand.
