Design, customize, and manage NetSuite fields, workflows, roles/permissions, scripts, reports, dashboards, custom records, and objects, including creating custom scripts, and configuring roles and permissions within an Enterprise Resource Planning System ( ERP System ) to meet specific security requirements. Document and develop business process flows, requirements, functional designs, and customizations with precision, designing, customizing, and managing system workflows using LucidChart. Execute testing processes, including developing test plans, identifying criteria, and testing functionality/enhancements. Utilizing Tableau to design interactive dashboards. Provide user enablement through training sessions and robust documentation. Participate in NetSuite projects focusing on implementation, administration, integration, optimization, and enhancement tasks, including designing efficient scripts and automated workflows within an ERP System and third-party platforms including Boomi and Workato, and leveraging UI Path and Alteryx to integrate and automate accounting functions effectively, perform efficient integration testing, and design reliable, scalable enhancements. Collaborate with clients and teams to analyze business operations, articulate problem statements, and drive process improvement initiatives. Support all client-facing activities, including scoping, configurations, performing data migration and integration using tools like Alteryx and Tableau, product demonstrations, and process presentations. Offer timely updates, critical self-reviews, and accurate tracking/reporting of project time and deliverables to supervisors and clients. Working with Alteryx to manage coding-level processes to streamline data manipulation and automation tasks. Assist in project management through plans, meeting agendas, presentations, and addressing problems with actionable solutions. Deliver comprehensive communication, including detailed notes, proposals, findings, and analysis during client meetings and support with direct verbal discussions.
