Gain a deep understanding of relevant business areas and processes to recommend solutions and develop high-quality requirements. Shape business requirements by making recommendations and suggesting alternatives to proposed solutions. Participate in Application Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Management, and Maintenance in an Enterprise environment, including (where applicable); issue resolution, patching, and performance monitoring, reliability, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity. Support user acceptance testing and user training activities. Lead and participate in the delivery of projects. Respond, resolve, or escalate reported incidents. Responsible for coordinating application needs from backend platforms through the user interface. Ensure stability, integration, and integrity of production systems, artifacts as appropriate, including business case documentation, scope documentation, detailed functional requirements, operational requirements, process flows, and manual and automated test cases. Understand technical options, limitations, costs, and risks. Communicate tradeoffs to business partners and work with them to shape requirements accordingly. Monitor, record, investigate, and diagnose system faults and errors aimed at resolving technical issues and respond to requests for support. Benchmark current and future processes against industry best practices. Analyze business process potentials for streamlining and improvements in efficiencies. Work with IT management and Business Analysts to provide direction in large cross-functional teams. Provide technical training assistance for users, applications programming team, and other staff. Lead process improvements and IT projects to achieve business goals and objectives. Lead collaboration with business for documentation of As-ls and To-Be Processes. Analyze requirements, design and develop solutions, coordinate and perform various types of testing, create and maintain test automation suites, and implement technologies, enhancements, and incident and problem resolutions. This position is a fixed location based in the Fort Myers office; however, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed. Education and Experience Requirements Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a directly related field plus five (5) years of experience with order to cash processes using SAP SD and LE. Must have two (2) years of experience in each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently): SAP pricing conditions and techniques Configuring, implementing, and maintaining ANSI X12 EDI transactions, including 850 (Purchase Order), 855 (Purchase Order Acknowledgment), 810 (Invoice), and 856 (Advance Ship Notice), to ensure accurate data exchange between internal systems and trading partners Configuring and supporting SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) modules for compliance, customs management, and integration with ERP and EDI systems, including setup of master data, compliance checks, and automated trade processes Supporting SAP Variant Configuration Supporting SAP STO Process Using data conversion and migration tools including LSMW, SAP Query, or Winshuttle Business process mapping and analysis Development of functional specs for SAP RICEFW objects Must have one (1) year of experience in each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently): Supporting SAP setup for multiple countries Please copy and paste your resume in the email body (do not send attachments, we cannot open them) and email it to candidates at placementservicesusa.com with reference #0019-0017 in the subject line.
