The Position
We are looking for a People Assistant/HR Administrator to join our People Team on a temporary maternity cover. In this role, you will provide essential operational and administrative support across the UK People function, helping to manage high-volume employee lifecycle processes, HR system updates, recruitment administration, absence administration and employee queries.
You will work closely with the People Team, Payroll, Customer Service, hiring managers and operational stakeholders to ensure employee data, documentation and HR processes are completed accurately and on time. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to handle confidential employee information in a fast-paced environment.
This is a key support role within the People Team and is well-suited to someone with previous HR administration experience who is confident working with systems, employee data and time-sensitive HR requests.
