Banta Restaurants Ltd. T/A Social Bar and Restaurant are currently seeking for Chefs de Parties for their site located at Cross Route, Bryanstown, Drogheda in county Louth. The Chef de Partie will be in charge of managing a specific section of the kitchen on site, ensuring the efficient preparation, cooking and presentation of food in line with the employer's standards and overall hygiene regulations as requested. The Chef de Partie will play a key role in maintaining quality, consistency and food safety. Requirements for the role: a minimum 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie is essential. The salary is €36,605 per annum based on standard 39 hours per week.
