Job Description Design, develop, maintain, and document API integrations/connections across platforms and monitor integration performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into integration solutions. Develop and support seamless API integrations with third-party platforms, collaborate with third-party vendors and external partners. Troubleshoot issues related to data flow and integration points. Develop and support CRM/SaaS Integrations for Asterisk-based telecommunication platforms. Utilize Zoho Deluge to create custom functions and automate business processes within Zoho applications. Develop and maintain Apps/Solutions using Zoho Creator. Migrate legacy and homegrown applications and workloads to Zoho. Extend capabilities of the Zoho Platform with Custom Functions, Analytics, and API Triggers. Design and develop AI integrations. Develop a proprietary AI Voice Agent platform using custom middleware, cloud technologies, and LLMs, and optimize voice interactions. Implement components to support real-time conversational AI interactions in telecommunication workflows. Integrate and enhance AI-based features. Develop and deploy custom cloud-based middleware solutions and modernize legacy middleware applications. Support and enhance custom applications and internal portals. Education and Experience Requirements Must have: Master’s in Computer science, Computer Engineering, or closely related field, and three years of experience as a Software Developer, or Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related field, and five years of experience as a Software Developer. Experience with: Designing and developing custom portals, internal business applications, and customer-facing platforms; Building e-commerce or B2B systems; Integrating APIs and webhook-based workflows; Integrating payment processors and implementing secure, API-driven transaction workflows; Automation solutions for warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment systems; Developing financial, billing, pricing, and product-related data models; Product catalogs, SKU mapping, pricing rules, billing workflows, warranty programs, and customer account management; Purchasing and inventory management workflows; High-volume data processing, ETL pipelines, and automated data-load mechanisms; Developing, deploying, and maintaining applications on modern cloud platforms; Designing and maintaining scalable middleware and integration layers that connect business platforms; Managing CI/CD pipelines and production rollouts; Large-scale relational databases, including complex queries and performance optimization; Git, including branching, merging, and distributed codebase management; JavaScript, C#, Python, and Perl for backend logic, automation, and integrations; Cron-based scheduling and automated job execution.
