Job Description
Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, and cost estimates.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
Risk management: Monitor project progress, identified risks and deviations, and implementing mitigation strategies.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, work breakdown structures, and schedules.
Analyze process and production data, workflows, and processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement with our client base.
Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve project quality, increase operational efficiency, and enhance process safety.
Read, interpret, and modify Process and floor plant Diagrams.
Analyze equipment.
Review engineering project deliverables with other functions such as operations, maintenance, and quality to ensure that projects meet design and code standards.
Work in cross-functional teams to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide/create equipment documentation where necessary.
Ensuring a smooth handover of project documentation.
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or foreign equivalent and 36 months of relevant experience OR, the employer will accept a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or foreign equivalent and 12 months of relevant experience.
