Community Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care
Location: Gloucester
Shifts: Monday-Sunday: 08:00-20:00 & 20:00-08:00 (24/7)
Pay Rates (including holiday pay):
- Days: £18.56 per hour
- Nights: £20.83 per hour
- Weekends: £23.07 per hour

Why This Role Matters

We would provide training & shadow shifts with a full clinical sign-off to support this client. You will work 1:1 managing all clinical and social needs for this young female. You should be committed and experienced with children & comfortable working in an environment with cats & dogs.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking healthcare assistants who are:
· Compassionate and resilient, with a genuine passion for person-centered care.
· Experienced in UK care (minimum 12 months).
· Skilled in key areas such as:
- Exposure to clinical complex care
- Personal care
- Manual handling
