Job Title: SAP MRO Consultant (SAP S/4HANA & iMRO) Location: Dallas, TX 75201 (Remote) Duration: 6+ Months Rate: $Market/Hour on W2 Eligibility: W2 only Open to US Citizens (No C2C / No Third Parties) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP MRO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and iMRO (Integrated Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) processes to support a sustainment engagement. The ideal candidate will have 6 9 years of SAP MRO experience and a solid understanding of maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations within Aerospace & Defense (A&D) or Energy, Resources & Industrials (ER&I) environments. This is a fully remote opportunity for U.S. Citizens only, with no international travel required. Job Description: Responsibilities: • Support and enhance SAP MRO processes within an SAP S/4HANA environment. • Provide sustainment and operational support for SAP iMRO solutions. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and resolve functional issues. • Configure, test, and deploy SAP MRO-related enhancements and fixes. • Support end users and business process improvements across maintenance operations. • Develop functional specifications and assist with system integrations. • Participate in system testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities. • Ensure alignment with industry best practices and compliance requirements. Required Qualifications: • 6 9 years of SAP MRO consulting experience. • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA. • Strong knowledge of SAP iMRO processes and functionality. • Experience supporting sustainment, maintenance, and operational support engagements. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry experience. • Energy, Resources & Industrials (ER&I) industry experience. • Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and maintenance operations. • Prior experience in large-scale SAP transformation or support programs.
