Job Description
Inspect and monitor food production processes for packaging warehouse; monitor compliance with government regulations and standards for food sanitation, safety, quality, and waste management; and train quality technicians in food safety.
Education and Experience Requirements
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Agriculture, or related. 2 years’ experience reviewing, approving, and maintaining Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) plans for supplier approval; monitoring compliance with Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) requirements; maintaining a warehouse quality management system; and maintaining food safety manuals for current Good Manufacturing Processes (cGMP) and Food Safety Audit schedules.
Special Skills Requirements
