About Wolt

At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.

Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark

Duration: 3 or 4 months full-time or 6 months part-time

Type: Internship

Department: Account Management

At Wolt, we’re all about great partnerships – and that starts with great people. We’re now looking for an Account Management Intern to join our team starting on September 1 and help some of Denmark’s most exciting local restaurants thrive on Wolt. If you love building relationships, spotting growth opportunities, and driving impact, this might be the role for you.

Since launching in Denmark in 2017, we’ve expanded to over 200 cities and partnered with 4,000+ restaurants – and we’re just getting started. Our Account Management team plays a key role in that journey, working closely with our partners to ensure their success on our platform.

What you’ll be doing

As an Account Management Intern, you’ll learn how to manage and develop long-term partner relationships, use data to drive decisions, and create meaningful impact for our restaurant partners. You’ll work closely with experienced Account Managers, gain insight into commercial strategy, and build skills that prepare you for a future career in account management, partnerships, or business development.

  • Gain hands-on experience in partner management by supporting Account Managers in portfolio follow-ups, performance reviews, business planning, and day-to-day partner communication.
  • Support Wolt’s partner success by identifying growth opportunities within an existing portfolio, assisting with product adoption (e.g., Wolt Ads, Wolt+), and helping improve operational performance through data-driven insights.
  • Learn the fundamentals of relationship management by engaging with restaurant partners, maintaining structured communication, and contributing to a positive partner experience.
  • Work closely with Account Management, Operations, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure smooth partner collaboration and alignment on growth initiatives.

Our humble expectations

We’re looking for someone who combines commercial thinking with a genuine interest in helping partners succeed. This role is a great fit for someone who’s proactive, analytical, and thrives on building long-term relationships that deliver results.

    • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field and being in their last year of studies.
    • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Danish
    • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
    • Proactiveness: A self-starter with a can-do attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Adaptability: Comfortable with multitasking and adjusting to new priorities as they arise.
    • Tech-Savvy: Able to adopt new technologies quickly, for example Google suite, Slack, analytics tools etc.
    • Passion for Sales: A keen interest in sales, business development, and relationship management

What’s in it for you

This is an opportunity to look behind the scenes of a growing international company where you'll have a meaningful impact on our team and business performance. You'll also benefit from:
