【We will count on you to / 主な業務内容】
- タイムライン、マイルストーン、リソース配分を含む詳細なプロジェクト計画を作成し、プロジェクトフェーズを明確に定義し、スケジュール管理します
- 影響分析や詳細な要件作成を含む、プロジェクト成果物の実務的な分析を行い、品質を確保します
- プロジェクト予算を作成・管理。コストをコントロールし、プロジェクトを完了させます
- 潜在的なリスクおよび緩和策を策定し、プロジェクトライフサイクル全体でリスクを監視。必要に応じて問題をエスカレーションします
- 複数部門にわたるチーム間の協力とコミュニケーションを促進し、プロジェクト文書を準備。会議をサポートします
【What you need to have / 必須要件】
- 3〜5年のプロジェクトマネジメント経験があり、成果物や詳細分析に実務的に関与した実績
- グローバルなステークホルダーや多様な文化のチームと協働した経験
- 新規事業開発、技術導入、業務改善、ポストマージャーインテグレーションなど、組織の制約内でプロジェクトを管理・遂行した実績
- 高い分析力、組織力、マルチタスク能力
- 日本語と英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力（書面および口頭）

- 日本の規制当局、外部アドバイザー、上級経営陣との強力なローカルネットワークと経験
- PMPやPRINCE2などのプロジェクトマネジメント資格、または同等の経験
- MS Project、JIRA、Asanaなどのプロジェクト管理ツールの使用経験
- 多様なステークホルダーが存在する大規模かつ複雑な組織での勤務経験
