A full-time Sr. Digital Media Producer position is available immediately in the company’s office in Chicago, Illinois and reporting to the Marketing & Operations Manager of Ehomie Chicago Inc. Job Responsibilities: Reporting to the Marketing & Operations Manager, the Sr. Digital Media Producer will have the following specific job responsibilities: 1) Lead the translation of business and marketing objectives into compelling graphic design strategies and visual concepts, overseeing end-to-end execution of print, digital, and commercial content, managing timelines, scope, and budget (25%); 2) Provide strategic design counsel to management to shape and refine project briefs, propose effective messaging and visual solutions, and articulate how design decisions align with and advance broader business goals (10%); 3) Develop platform-specific graphic design strategies that establish clear visual direction, layout standards, and asset requirements for each channel, and manage content calendars to ensure timely and high-performing creative rollouts across all platforms (5%); 4) Review design proposals, graphic assets, and website layout produced by junior employees and interns, providing guidance and knowledge-sharing support as part of ongoing team development (10%); 5) Develop and manage reusable systems and templates to scale design efficiently, including campaign toolkits, layout systems, and social/print templates (10%); 6) Establish the company’s design and development style guide, such as standards for presenting and evaluating prototypes, and ensure that it is followed across all media platforms used by the company (5%); 7) Use performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, recommend data-driven refinements, and oversee their implementation across visual assets and campaigns (5%); 8) Act as a brand steward, ensuring visual consistency, tone, and premium quality across all outputs, and support the continued evolution of the company’s visual and digital brand systems by contributing to long-term planning and scalability as business needs and platforms expand (10%); 9) Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align creative direction and deliverables, ensure timely execution, and support the launch of new marketing initiatives, property developments, and regional campaigns as the company continues to expand its real estate portfolio (10%); 10) Manage relationships with external vendors and printers, providing direction and ensuring deliverables meet brand and quality standards (5%); and 11) Lead research into emerging media trends and immersive formats to inform innovative digital storytelling strategies and introduce new creative tools or techniques (5%). Work Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Master of Arts Degree in Graphic Design, Arts Management, Arts Administration and Policy, or a closely related field plus one year of employment or internship experience in the full graphic design development cycle across multiple digital platforms within the real estate industry. Required employment or internship experience must include the following: 1) A minimum of one (1) year of experience creating cross-platform digital content within the real estate industry, including short-form videos, live tours, social media carousels, infographics, and digital flyers, to drive audience engagement and strengthen brand awareness; 2) A minimum of one (1) year of experience in designing UI assets, website visuals, and mini-program materials; 3) A minimum of one (1) year of experience in supporting marketing campaigns, including creating on-brand visual assets and digital content tailored for influencer partnerships and social media promotion; 4) A minimum of one (1) year of experience in collaborating with marketing or business department to provide end-to-end design solutions for print and digital use; 5) A minimum of one (1) year of experience in conducting A/B testing on visual assets to evaluate performance and identify audience preferences; 6) A minimum of one (1) year of experience in popular social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WeChat, and RedNote; and 7) A minimum of one (1) year of experience in utilizing design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
