The Role
As District Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of 5 8 QSR restaurant locations spanning Roanoke, Christiansburg, and communities south along the I-81 corridor. You'll serve as the operational backbone of this district driving performance, developing people, and holding the P&L accountable. This role is built for a seasoned multi-unit leader who leads from the front, not from a spreadsheet.

Key Responsibilities
• Leads daily operations across 5 8 QSR locations, maintaining brand standards, food safety compliance, and guest experience benchmarks
• Owns district-level P&L, including labor management, food cost controls, and revenue performance
• Develops, coaches, and retains strong restaurant management teams through consistent training and performance feedback
• Drives a hands-on leadership culture by spending meaningful time in restaurants alongside teams
• Partners with GMs to build succession pipelines and identify high-potential talent for advancement
• Monitors KPIs and operational metrics, translating data into actionable plans at the unit level
• Manages hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes in line with company standards
• Maintains a visible presence in the community and supports local marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in the QSR or fast food segment (corporate or franchise)
• Demonstrated career tenure and upward progression within relevant QSR brands
• Proven P&L management skills with a strong grasp of food cost, labor, and profitability levers
• Hands-on, field-first leadership style with a track record of building high-performing teams
• Strong communication and coaching skills, with the ability to lead through influence at all levels
• Ability to travel throughout the district regularly; reliable transportation required
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience managing both corporate and franchise locations
• Familiarity with operations in the Virginia/Southwest Virginia market
• Track record of turning underperforming units around through people development and operational discipline
• Experience with brand-mandated systems, scheduling platforms, or POS technology common in QSR environments
What Success Looks Like
In your first 60 90 days, you'll complete a thorough assessment of each location in your district getting to know your GMs, understanding the gaps, and building trust with your teams on the ground. Within six months, you'll have a clear development plan in place for your management bench and measurable momentum on your key P&L targets. Strong performers in this role have a clear path to broader regional opportunities as the organization grows.
Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $90,000 $95,000 annually

Location & Schedule
This is a field-based role covering the I-81 corridor in Southwest Virginia, including Roanoke, Christiansburg, and surrounding areas south. Regular travel throughout the district is expected. This is a full-time, in-market position.
