· Lead overall business operations, driving growth strategies and delivery of financial targets (revenue and operating profit).

· Own full P&L responsibility, including budgeting across fixed/variable costs, capex, and working capital.

· Oversee sales, production, and distribution of Bulk, Onsite, PGP, Healthcare, and Specialty gases, including related hardware and services.

· Ensure operational excellence through performance management, customer engineering, technical service, and strict SHEQ compliance.
