In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating application support, training seminars, calibrations, demos, and visits. You will also manage CRM data, inventory, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in international business, a minimum of 5 years of experience, and proficiency in English and French.
Key missions
- Organize and coordinate training seminars, calibrations, demos, and visits for customers, ensuring all logistical aspects are managed effectively.
- Manage the CRM system, including data management, creation/update of new entries, and tracking of training sessions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, monitoring and adapting processes in use, and contributing to the elaboration of processes for new tools or tasks.
