- Spearhead outreach, branding, donor relations, volunteer initiatives, and public education activities to strengthen community participation and long-term support.
- Partner with senior leadership to formulate engagement and fundraising plans that enhance visibility, encourage public involvement, and support organisational growth.
- Lead the development of fundraising initiatives, sponsorship opportunities, donor retention strategies, and strategic collaborations to diversify income channels.
- Oversee campaign execution, budgeting, and team performance to ensure outreach objectives and revenue targets are achieved effectively.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, community partners, government agencies, and supporters while managing sensitive communications and reputation-related matters.
Requirements:
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant managerial experience in stakeholder engagement, fundraising, advocacy, community development, or non-profit environments.
- Proven track record in donor engagement, partnership development, campaign management, and revenue generation initiatives.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience guiding teams and collaborating across multiple functions.
