- Position Title: Product Market Manager (APAC)
- Working Location: Woodlands
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth across APAC by connecting market needs, product strategy, solution development, and sales execution.
- Act as the product and market expert for assigned countries, verticals, and product portfolios.
- Work closely with sales, engineering, marketing, suppliers, and HQ teams to support regional growth.
- Study market trends, competitors, customer needs, and new business opportunities across APAC.
- Translate customer challenges into product requirements and practical solution ideas.
- Provide market feedback to support product roadmap planning and regional customization.
- Work with sales, application engineers, and HQ teams on key customer projects and complex opportunities.
- Support solution development involving cameras, lenses, lighting, software, and related products.
- Manage assigned product portfolios and identify product gaps or improvement areas.
- Support regional product positioning, pricing, and growth initiatives.
- Manage 3rd-party product portfolios, suppliers, sourcing, pricing, and documentation.
- Ensure product information, marketing materials, sales tools, and training support are available.
- Support sales teams with product knowledge, value messaging, and customer presentations.
- Join customer discussions, workshops, campaigns, product launches, and events.
- Track launch performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

- Degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, sales, application engineering, or similar roles.
- Experience in market, competitive, or business intelligence is preferred.
- Experience in machine vision, computer vision, factory automation, or robotics is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to travel within the APAC region when required.
