Job Details:

  • Contract: 1 year  + UP to 1 month completion bonus

  • Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9 am to 6 pm

  • Working Location: Ang Mo Kio


Job Scope: 

  • Order management - closing of orders and invoicing

  • To follow up with native Korean speaking customers and business partners to manage quotations, order fulfilment, part returns management and collections follow up

  • The focal point for external customers & business partners on quotations, order acceptance, order fulfilment, part returns management & collections follow-up.

  • To respond to quotation requests & ensure that pricing, discounts, terms & conditions comply with company policies.

  • To communicate & negotiate with external customers & divisions on products delivery dates.

  • To implement key processes in Customer Services & be pro-active in initiating & leading projects to improve & streamline order management tasks.
