We are seeking a dynamic and skilled professional for a full-time role as a Delivery & Contract Manager (m/w/d) at Airbus in Hamburg Finkenwerder. This position is filled through a temporary employment arrangement and centers on comprehensive contract management rather than supply chain operations. As a Delivery & Contract Manager (m/w/d), you will manage legal risks associated with aircraft deliveries and ensure compliance with complex agreements. You will also play a vital role in supporting the organization's financial targets while fostering customer and financier relationships across international markets.
Your tasks:
- Manage the legal risk in relation to aircraft deliveries and contractual obligations. - Understand and oversee aircraft sales purchase agreements, particularly related to deliveries. - Contribute directly to the organization’s financial objectives. - Maintain and strengthen relationships with global customers and financiers. - Prepare commercial and legal documentation concerning aircraft financing. - Calculate final aircraft prices, issue invoices accordingly, ensure payment monitoring, and manage exceptions such as delays or defaults. - Represent the organization at official and social events with customers. - Coordinate and streamline workflows to ensure deadlines are met efficiently. VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:
- A degree in fields such as Business Informatics, Engineering Management, Business Administration, or International Management. - 2 years of professional experience in contract management. - Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace. - Fluent negotiation skills in English. - Experience in working with English-language contracts and customer interaction. - Data analysis and structuring experience, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. - Independent, result-oriented work ethic capable of meeting stringent deadlines.
