Our client is a MNC, one of the leading players in the automation machinery sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Service Engineer to be part of their Customer Service team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the east - easily accessible.
The Service Engineer's responsible is:
- Provide after-sales service and technical support for automated equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues both on-site and remotely to ensure smooth machine operations.
- Assist with machine improvement works, upgrades, and modification projects based on customer requirements.
- Ensure equipment performance, product quality, and process reliability meet company standards.
- Offer technical guidance and support to customers and internal stakeholders on project-related matters.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and external vendors to support service activities.
- Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Min ITE in Mechanical Engineering related discipline
- Min 3 years of service engineer experience in automation industry.
- Comfortable to travel overseas
