How you’ll make an impact:

Order Management

  • Manage orders throughout the full order lifecycle, including order entry into JDE and order verification.
  • Check inventory availability based on customer requests.
  • Follow up with customers regarding order status and related inquiries.
  • Prepare and maintain backorder reports.
  • Process consignment stock orders.
  • Support physical consignment checks and resolve discrepancies in cooperation with the sales team.
  • Manage credit orders and, when applicable, work with Bids and Tenders to ensure accurate and reliable pricing information in the system, including price revisions and adjustments.
  • Create and maintain ship-to records in the address book.
     

Complaint Management

  • Manage returned goods complaints, including documentation handling, issue resolution, and coordination related to Biokits in cooperation with the QA department.
  • Coordinate FCA activities.
  • Perform additional office duties, including archiving and categorizing relevant documents.

Other

  • Provide basic EDI administration, when applicable.
  • May act as part of the super-user network for JDE and SFDC.
  • Participate in moderately complex one-time projects aimed at improving service quality and the overall effectiveness of the Customer Service department.
     

This position is a maternity cover contract for approximately one year, with potential for permanent employment subject to business needs.
 

This role requires full on-site presence, with fixed working hours from 8:00 to 16:00.
 

What you'll need (Required):

  • High school diploma with relevant experience in customer service involving physical goods
  • Fluency in both Polish and English
     

What else we look for (Preferred)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective interpersonal relationships
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., JDE) is an advantage
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick learner with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
     

For Poland, the base pay range for this position is 77 000 – 110,000 PLN. The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
