Description
- Optimize and implement marketing processes and workflows
- Develop manuals, checklists, and training materials
- Deliver training sessions and support internal stakeholders
- Manage marketing content and sales materials
- Coordinate translations and communication with internal/external parties
- Maintain systems for marketing assets, print materials, and digital content
- Support pricing communication and documentation
- Develop and maintain brochures, presentations, and marketing tools
- Process and follow up on marketing invoices
- Collaborate with suppliers (printers, agencies, photographers)
- Support onboarding materials and visitor experiences
- Coordinate regional events and trade shows
- Evaluate events and measure ROI
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing operations or similar
- Experience in an international environment is a plus
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement
- Strong communication skills and experience delivering training
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Experience with Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and workflow tools (Workfront, Monday.com, Smartsheet)
- Affinity with systems, data, and process mapping tools (e.g., Miro)
