Provide strategic leadership, collaborative coordination, and creative problem solving to mentor and manage a successful team on day-day execution of strategic pricing and demand management initiatives of thematic portfolio; Influence and navigate RM stakeholder relationships, leveraging a deep understanding of the broader AA business and RM ecosystem; Lead strategy, optimizes performance, and solves complex problems through quantitative analysis; Create and foster a relentless focus by identifying new revenue opportunities, leveraging available tools, processes, best practices, and reporting; Lead short term revenue execution plans and performance tracking; Provide development opportunities, supports and evaluates analysts with intellectual curiosity and a passion for the business; Empower and lead team members to develop and utilize analytical models and tools to forecast changes to the competitive environment and passenger demand; Maximize revenue by developing and implementing inter-departmental strategies through quantitative analysis of historical passenger demand, the competitive environment, and consumer buying behavior; Build team culture focused on customer-centric learning, experimentation, and data-led decisions; Perform competitive analysis to determine optimal pricing across the network, create new fare products to capitalize on changes in consumer buying habits, and analyze changes in the competitive landscape to identify high-level trends and strategies to make evidence-based decisions and drive revenue growth; Engage with business counterparts both internal and external to develop a relationship with partner teams including Network Planning, Marketing, IT and Sales and Alliances to identify opportunities to improve revenue performance; Present original analysis and strategies to senior leadership, design departmental business processes, analyze the effects of fare and inventory changes on market performance, and work on ad hoc projects related to AA’s strategic goals. Work Schedule: 40 hours per week/8 a.m.-5 p.m./M-F. Job Location: Fort Worth, TX Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related field, plus 3 years of experience as Analyst or any occupation in which the required experience was gained, plus demonstrated experience in: Business Analytics; SQL Programming Language; Revenue Management; Python Programming Language; Senior Management Presentation; Statistical analysis; Pricing Strategy; Demand Analysis; Performance Reporting; Competitive advantage analysis; Revenue Passenger Forecasting; Analytical simulation; Business Modeling and simulation; Trend Analysis; Airline industry experience.
