Job Title: Technical Software Delivery Manager (.NET / Financial Services / AI-Enabled SDLC) Location: Malvern, PA (4 days/week Onsite) Duration: Full-Time Permanent Salary: $Market/Annum + Benefits [(Featured benefits: Medical insurance, Vision insurance, Dental insurance, 401(k)] Job Description We are seeking an experienced Technical Software Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of enterprise software solutions within a fast-paced financial services environment. This role combines technical leadership, project delivery management, and stakeholder engagement to drive end-to-end software development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong software development background (.NET Required), experience managing client-facing engagements, and a proven track record leading distributed engineering teams, including offshore and Eastern European teams. Experience within Lending, Loan Operations, Mortgage, or Financial Services domains is highly preferred. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex software projects while fostering collaboration across Product, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders. Additionally, you will champion AI-enabled development practices to improve engineering productivity, software quality, and delivery efficiency. Key Skills Required: • 7+ years of Software Delivery, Engineering Management, or Technical Project Management experience • Strong hands-on software development background with .NET technologies • Financial Services experience required, Lending, Loan Operations, Mortgage, or Banking preferred • Experience managing external clients, consulting engagements, and executive stakeholders • Proven leadership of onshore, offshore, and distributed engineering teams • Experience managing Eastern European development teams is highly preferred • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC best practices • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) • Expertise with Jira, Confluence, Git, and release management processes • Experience implementing AI-powered development tools across design, coding, testing, documentation, and deployment workflows • Strong risk management, project planning, and stakeholder communication skills • Ability to balance technical decision-making with delivery execution and business priorities
