Join our Global Benefits and Retirement Programs team within HR Global Operations (HRGO), where you'll play a vital role in supporting processes and team members across our organization. The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:
- Execute benefits and retirement processes for the Great America Region.
- Provide expert support and solutions for employee inquiries.
- Collaborate with Program Offices to enhance program design and employee experience.
- Generate complex reports and resolve system discrepancies.
- Support payments and Purchase Order submission.
- Apply analytical thinking to improve process quality and efficiency.
- Partner cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Payroll, and HRGO teams.
- Contribute to global quality, customer service, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or Finance.
- 3+ years relevant experience.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Authorization to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
- Automation experience (RPA, RDA) .
- Benefits and Retirement programs background.
- Process improvement/Lean methodology knowledge.
- Business Process Management experience.
