Data Operations Analyst - Junior

The Data Analyst will analyze media publications and determine the relevance and importance of the material depending on the customer's requirements. This person is accountable for comprehending and transcribing accurate information containing people’s sensitive data on the Equifax Compliance Data Center (CDC) database to deliver quality output, assure on time project completion and superior customer service. He/she will work in a collaborative team environment to achieve these results.

What you’ll do 

• Data interpretation and analysis.

• Initiate and resolve all research needed to provide the most precise information to customers.

• Transcribe a  publication with  relevant information for the customers.

• Compare  information acquired from data sources  about consumers and commercial customers  with Equifax database information.

What experience you need  

• High school diploma.

• 6 months- 1 year of experience  in customer service or  Back Office 

• Excellent English communication skills B2/C1

• 6 months Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
