Sales Recruiter Dallas, TX 75204 (5 Days Onsite Role Flexibility in future) Full-Time Permanent Role About Our Client: Our Client is a fast-growing startup fuel company expanding rapidly in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. With aggressive growth goals and a dynamic team culture, Our Client is looking for a driven recruiting professional to support its continued expansion. Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Recruiter to join our team and play a critical role in scaling our sales organization. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing high-volume sales talent across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and is passionate about connecting people with opportunity. Key Responsibilities: • Source and recruit W-2 sales professionals for DFW-based roles • Manage a high-volume pipeline, filling 4 10 sales positions per month • Utilize LinkedIn, Handshake, ZoomInfo, and Indeed to identify and engage candidates • Maintain candidate tracking and pipeline management using LinkedIn as an interim ATS • Partner closely with Sales Manager to align recruiting strategy with business growth • Build relationships with candidates and create an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process • Develop and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified sales talent to account for ongoing attrition Qualifications: • 2 3 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sales roles • Proven track record in high-volume recruiting • Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, ZoomInfo, and Indeed • Energetic, outgoing, and persuasive communicator • Self-starter who thrives in a startup environment with minimal structure • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, fast-paced culture Work Schedule & Environment: • On-site, Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM for the first two months • Transition to a flexible schedule upon demonstrated performance (flex hours and partial remote available) • Reports to: Sales Manager / General Operations Lead Additional Requirements: • Must complete a Cultural Index Assessment as part of the hiring process
