Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Optimize Fab quality and output by maintaining regular communication with area production and engineering teams and provide timely follow-up to daily production line issues
• Monitor and facilitate continued On-The-Job Training of all Area Team Member with proper coordination of resource and manpower with Production shift Trainer .
• Work with relevant cross functional teams in building the infrastructure and fan out to the shift team to run the area more effectively, i.e manufacturing system deployment, enhancement, and training
• Drive productivity and quality improvement projects, such as cycle time reduction, RPT improvement, operations simplification, man model optimization, etc
