Role Summary and Impact

This role is responsible for leading the strategic planning of digital media initiatives, ensuring that the planning team’s strategies, media plans, and executions are fully aligned with clients’ business objectives, group guidelines, and digital ecosystem best practices. We are looking for a strategic and analytical professional with a strong full-funnel mindset, capable of understanding how different digital products — including programmatic, social media, search, and retail media — interact to drive business outcomes such as lead generation, qualified traffic, and conversions.

The key impact of this position lies in guiding performance-driven strategies from a holistic and strategic perspective, ensuring the effective integration of platforms, measurement systems, and tracking implementations. This role requires a deep understanding of digital and e-commerce ecosystems, including pixel implementation, measurement frameworks, and the role of different technologies in optimizing media performance and business growth.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, International Business, or related fields, with a minimum of 2 years of experience working with digital advertising platforms.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic digital media planning or digital marketing.
  • At least 4 years of experience leading strategy or planning teams.
  • Proven experience developing integrated and full-funnel digital strategies.
  • Experience managing high-level accounts or large advertisers.
  • Strong knowledge of digital media strategy.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Expertise in performance marketing and lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel strategies.
  • Experience with digital platform integrations and measurement pixel implementation.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Deep understanding of the digital media ecosystem, including programmatic, social media, and search.
