We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager (B2B) to drive new client acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence across Canada. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a strong background in media sales and business development who thrives on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and generating revenue growth. Key responsibilities Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients while building long-term relationships and strategic partnerships. Develop and execute outreach campaigns to introduce our media planning and buying services to prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams to conduct market and media research across various countries, identifying the most effective media channels for different industries, including Retail, iGaming, Travel, and more. Work closely with media planners to understand client requirements and develop tailored advertising solutions. Analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and effectively position our services. Present and communicate the value of our media planning and buying solutions through compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Attend industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and networking opportunities across Canada to generate new business opportunities. Collaborate with media planning, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Monitor market developments, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic business decisions. Prepare and deliver regular business development reports, market research findings, and strategic recommendations to senior management. Experience Required: Proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Media Sales, preferably within media planning and buying services. Strong understanding of advertising channels including TV, OOH, Radio, Podcasts, Print, and Digital Marketing. Demonstrated track record of generating new business, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong presentation skills with the ability to confidently engage clients both in-person and virtually. Ability to create professional, persuasive, and visually appealing sales presentations and proposals. Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform market data and research into actionable business insights. Highly organized with excellent time-management and project-management abilities. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
