Join NUWARD, an EDF subsidiary dedicated to developing small modular nuclear reactors (SMRs). As a Requirement & Bid Officer, you will support commercial activities, coordinate RFIs/RFPs, manage the Functional Requirements Specification, oversee compliance with program requirements, maintain the product options catalogue, conduct technological intelligence, and work cross-functionally with various teams and stakeholders. The position is based in Lyon with frequent travel.

Your profile:
Job position / ranking : Confirmed engineer / officer (minimum 5 years’ experience).
You hold an engineering degree or an equivalent degree.
You will have proven experience in:
- Cross-functional coordination and steering of multi-stakeholder activities in an international environment;
- Producing concise, high-quality deliverables (briefs, decision notes, bid documents, requirement documentation);
- Bid support and/or tender coordination (RFI/RFP), including structured contribution management;
- Requirements management and change control;
- Product line management (options/variants catalogue) and stakeholder alignment;
- The nuclear sector with a strong safety culture.
Rigour, organisational discipline, strong interpersonal skills, teamwork and leadership are required.
Fluency in written and spoken French is essential; professional English is required.

Key missions
- Supporting commercial activities, including presenting the NUWARD product to potential customers and coordinating RFIs/RFPs.
- Assisting the management of the Functional Requirements Specification (CDCF), monitoring changes, managing modifications, and maintaining traceability.
- Overseeing and tracking compliance with Program's requirements and associated performance objectives, and maintaining and updating the catalogue of product options and variants.
