Work tasks: Dal’s Kitchen is a food manufacturing company based in Tallinn, specializing in authentic Asian cuisine and supplying supermarket hot buffets, chilled ready meals and frozen food products across the Baltic States and Scandinavia. We are looking for a part-time Quality Control Manager to ensure our products consistently meet quality and food safety standards. The role includes monitoring production processes, conducting quality checks, maintaining documentation, and working closely with the production team to support continuous quality improvement. Job Responsibilities: -Organize and develop quality control processes. -Ensure products meet quality standards and requirements. -Analyze and resolve quality-related issues. -Maintain quality documentation. -Cooperate with production and other departments to improve quality. -Train and guide employees on quality requirements.

Other requirements: Requirements: -Previous experience in quality management or quality control, but not essential -Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. -Good communication and teamwork skills. -Proficiency in English (Estonian language skills is an advantage)
