This role supports SIP engineering, E-911 integration, telecommunications infrastructure, and public safety communications environments. Key Responsibilities Support SIP interconnection engineering and gateway deployments Troubleshoot E-911 call routing and connectivity issues Support telecommunications infrastructure integration and testing Conduct deployment readiness assessments and technical reviews Analyze system performance and recommend improvements Support risk mitigation and issue resolution efforts Coordinate technical activities supporting emergency communications systems Qualifications & Requirements Active Secret Clearance required 10+ years of telecommunications engineering experience 5+ years of VoIP and SIP engineering experience Experience with Ribbon Communications, Sonus, or Genband platforms Experience with Session Border Controllers Experience supporting E-911 or PSAP environments Experience using Wireshark for troubleshooting and analysis Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
