Role Purpose
The Sweden Country Leader is responsible for leading all aspects of clinic operations, team leadership, and strategic growth across the Sweden market. This role owns full P&L performance, drives operational excellence, ensures regulatory compliance, and delivers exceptional member experiences while scaling Neko Health’s presence in Sweden.

What You’ll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months

  • Stabilized and optimized performance across all clinics

  • Clear and executed Sweden market growth strategy aligned with global objectives

  • Improved clinic-level KPIs (efficiency, quality, member satisfaction)

  • Strong leadership structure with high-performing Area Managers and clinic teams

  • Launch of new clinics and expansion initiatives

  • Established financial discipline with accurate forecasting and P&L management

Minimum Qualifications / Preferred Experience

  • Proven experience as a senior operational leader in a consumer-facing, membership-based or high touch service experience business

  • Demonstrated ownership of full P&L and delivery of profitable growth

  • Strong background in operations, strategic planning, and scaling multi-site businesses

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Experience in either wellness, fitness, hospitality, retail, or technology with physical operations environments essential

We use a simplified internal title framework that prioritises clarity over hierarchy, so internal titles may differ from market‑facing role titles. Scope, impact and level of the role are fully aligned and will be clearly discussed throughout the process.
