• Short-term, fixed-duration development worker contract (approximately 60 hours) to support project coordination, participant recruitment, liaison with partners, scheduling of sessions, documentation, and reporting. This role is time-limited and supports project management and administration only; delivery of the test sessions will be carried out by the occupational therapist. • Desk-based research, learner consultation sessions, review of best practice and co-design activities. • Plain English editing and literacy-level adaptation of workbook content. • Collecting participant feedback, observational notes, piloting review, final report preparation.
