Australian Glazing Solutions Pty Ltd Unit 4/26 Barry Road, Chipping Norton, NSW 2170 Full Time Glazier $85,000 per annum plus Superannuation Summary This is a full-time ongoing position supporting the company’s growing residential and commercial glazing operations across Sydney. The role requires practical glazing experience, the ability to work independently on-site, and adherence to Australian safety and installation standards. Duties and Responsibilities • Assessing job specifications, site measurements, and client requirements to determine suitable glass types and installation methods for residential and commercial projects. • Measuring, marking, shaping, and cutting glass materials to precise dimensions using specialised glazing tools and equipment. • Preparing and handling glass panels for installation, including safe lifting, positioning, and placement on-site. • Installing and replacing glass in windows, doors, partitions, and other fitted glazing structures in accordance with project specifications. • Removing damaged, cracked, or defective glass panels and carrying out replacement work safely and efficiently. • Securing glass into frames and structures using glazing compounds, sealants, rubber fittings, brackets, and other fastening materials. • Finishing glass installations to ensure proper alignment, weatherproofing, insulation performance, durability, and compliance with safety standards. • Inspecting glass products and completed installations to identify defects, damage, or inconsistencies in quality and finish. • Reading and interpreting construction drawings, site measurements, and technical specifications to determine glazing layouts and installation requirements. • Performing edge finishing, trimming, and minor adjustments to glass components using appropriate glazing and smoothing equipment where required. • Maintaining glazing tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and operational condition while complying with workplace health and safety requirements. • Working collaboratively with site supervisors, tradespersons, and team members to ensure glazing works are completed efficiently and to a high standard of workmanship. Qualification and Experience • Certificate III in a relevant trade qualification (preferred) • Demonstrated experience working as a Glazier (minimum 1-2 years) • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications • Strong knowledge of glazing installation techniques and safety procedures • Competence in operating glazing tools and equipment safely • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • White Card (Construction Induction Card) preferred • Valid driver’s licence desirable Applications open on 2 June 2026 and close on 2 July 2026 Please send your CV to .
