Partner with Business Units, Product Development, and Product Management teams to identify and work on high-impact projects utilizing latest cutting-edge web technologies. Design, develop and support eCommerce projects throughout all phases of the software development life cycle. Estimate engineering effort, plan implementation, and rollout system changes. Solve project risks and tactical problems involving complex technical issues across multiple disciplines and work effectively to mitigate them. Lead eCommerce product initiatives, recommend improvements, mentor, and guide junior team member. Investigate new design and/or analytical methodologies, techniques, and tools and makes recommendations as appropriate. Ensure optimal application performance within area of technical and application expertise. Assesses and recommends solutions to maintain overall application health. Work with engineering management to develop departmental business models, technical strategies, implementation strategies and architectures. Maintain a profound understanding of engineering and business. Develop industry and product technical expertise. Position is fixed based in Framingham office; however, telecommuting from a home office may be allowed.
40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm
Job Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a directly related field, plus five (5) years of full software development lifecycle experience, including the ability to perform independent analysis. Experience must include:
Five (5) years with each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
· Developing applications in Node.js, React.js, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, AJAX, JavaScript
