Job Description (English)

We are looking for employees for a variety of construction, renovation, cleaning, and property service tasks across the Uusimaa region.

The work assignments vary depending on the project and may include:

- Assisting with construction and renovation projects

- Demolition, protection, and site preparation work

- General construction site support tasks

- Construction and final cleaning services

- Office, commercial, residential, and property cleaning

- Furniture, shelving, and equipment installation assistance

- Moving, lifting, and logistics support tasks

- Minor repair, maintenance, and property service work


The position is suitable for candidates with experience in construction, renovation, cleaning, property maintenance, or related fields. We value a positive attitude, reliability, flexibility, and willingness to learn new skills.

Previous experience in construction, renovation, cleaning, or property services is considered an advantage, but motivated applicants without extensive experience are also encouraged to apply.

Work locations are primarily in the Uusimaa region, and employment starts according to agreement.

Requirements

- Good work ethic and reliability

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Basic communication skills in English or Finnish

- Driving license is an advantage but not required

- Construction industry certifications (e.g. Occupational Safety Card) are considered an advantage
