- Monitor vital sign
- Assist to change bed linen and maintaing personal hygiene
- Transfer, position patient in need
- Ensure holistic care for elderly health, comfort and security
- Deliver professional nursing care tailored to geriatric needs
- Plan and implement meaningful activities for geriatric
- Maintain accurate Individual Care Plans with timely updates and documentation
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Collaborate with caregivers and volunteers in elderly care best practices
Job Requirements:
- Min GCE O Level or equivalent
- Min 2 years Singapore working experience in geriatric care
- ITE Certificate in Home Care or Healthcare related certificate
- Working hours: 12 hour shift
