Assembly Operative • Location: Blackburn, Lancashire • A set shift pattern: 6am - 2pm • Pay Rate: 12.71 to 13.00 per hour (D.O.E) • Contract Type: 12 Week Temp to Perm • Immediate starts available NW Recruitment Services Ltd are currently exclusively recruiting for an Assembly Operative on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business based in Blackburn. The role: As an Assembly Operative, you will support the manufacture and preparation of products within a fast-paced production environment. Key duties include: • Carrying out hands-on production and assembly tasks • Using a range of handheld equipment • Following work instructions and maintaining consistent quality standards • Inspecting finished items to ensure they meet required specifications • Keeping the work area organised and well maintained • Reporting defects, shortages, or issues to the team leader • Working safely and following all site procedures What we’re looking for: • Good attention to detail • Ability to work as part of a team • Reliable and hardworking attitude • Previous production or assembly experience beneficial, but not essential What’s on offer: • 12.71 - 13.00 per hour (depending on experience) • 37.5 hours per week • Set shift pattern • Temp to perm opportunity • Supportive team environment • Ongoing training and development • Immediate starts available To apply for this position, please submit your CV on the relevant link within this advert.
