You will run full-cycle recruiting from intake to placement, owning every active search and hitting aggressive time-to-hire targets. You will source senior talent daily using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, and outbound to passive candidates, never relying only on inbound. You will screen for technical skill, C1 English, and client fit, then build tight, high-quality candidate slates. You will drive relentless follow-up with both candidates and clients, escalating the moment a client goes quiet. You will keep the ATS spotless, statuses accurate, and next steps crystal clear. You will deploy AI screening tools to move faster without dropping quality, hit weekly targets on candidates screened, slates delivered, and interviews booked, and own the onboarding handoff so placements start strong and stay.

This role is for one of our US clients, and you would be joining their team directly while being supported by Puente through the hiring process. Our client is a bootstrapped, profitable talent network that helps US companies hire senior Latin American and South African professionals. They are known for fastpline placements, high retention, and a selective network that moves fast. You will be part of a lean, fast-moving recruiting squad that owns full-cycle hiring end to end. The team prizes autonomy, clean data, and relentless follow-up; you will partner with across searches, share wins openly, and help build the repeatable playbook the company scales on.
Experience with ATS like RecruitCRM, a background recruiting for US nearshore or offshore staffing markets,, or daily use of AI tools like Claude, Apollo, or Clay will will set you apart.
