- Near-native (C2 level) written and spoken English for daily communication with U.S. customers, contractors, and store contacts
- Proven experience in scheduling, dispatching, or operations coordination where missing a detail had real consequences
- Strong attention to detail that catches errors others miss
- Comfortable making outbound phone calls to customers, contractors, and stores every day
- Proficient with spreadsheets, email, and web-based platforms
- Available Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST
