We are looking for a motivated Junior Administrative Coordinator to support daily administrative tasks, client communication, and operational activities. This is an entry-level position with training and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients via email and phone

- Assist with administrative and office tasks

- Support communication and documentation with Finnish authorities and agencies

- Assist with payroll administration and data collection

- Support bookkeeping and accounting-related administrative tasks

- Maintain records, files, and internal documentation

- Schedule meetings and follow up with clients

- Provide general operational support to the team


Requirements:

- Good English communication skills (Finnish language skills preferred)

- Organized and detail-oriented

- Comfortable using office software and digital tools

- Willingness to learn payroll, administration, and business processes

- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
